Returns & Refunds
- What’s your return policy?
A return must be placed within 30 days of the date you received your order. The purchase must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging. Items returned soiled will be denied and returned to the customer at their own expense. Please understand that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that are received outside of these conditions.
Due to the nature of our fresh grocery, we only offer refunds within 7 days of delivery only if the food item arrives damaged or has quality issue.
- How do I return my order?

- What do I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your purchase arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. with a description and image of the damage, and we will get back to you right away.

Shipping varies depending on location and will be calculated at checkout.
- Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?
At this time, we do not offer international shipping and cannot accept credit cards from outside of the United States. We currently only ship anywhere in the United States – that includes Alaska and Hawaii.

All orders include a tracking number. We will email your tracking number after your order is processed and dispatched.
